Leetcode[100] Same Tree

###Task1 Given two binary trees, write a function to check if they are equal or not.

Two binary trees are considered equal if they are structurally identical and the nodes have the same value.

###Python

# Definition for a binary tree node.
# class TreeNode(object):
#     def __init__(self, x):
#         self.val = x
#         self.left = None
#         self.right = None

class Solution(object):
    def isSameTree(self, p, q):
        """
        :type p: TreeNode
        :type q: TreeNode
        :rtype: bool
        """
        if not p and not q:
            return True
        if not p or not q:
            return False
        if p.val != q.val:
            return False
        return self.isSameTree(p.left, q.left) and self.isSameTree(p.right, q.right)

###Java

/**
 * Definition for a binary tree node.

 *     int val;
 *     TreeNode left;
 *     TreeNode right;
 *     TreeNode(int x) { val = x; }
 * }

    public boolean isSameTree(TreeNode p, TreeNode q) {
    	if (p == null && q == null) {
    		return true;
    	}
        if (p == null || q == null) {
        	return false;
        }
        if (p.val != q.val) {
        	return false;
        }
